OUR CONTRIBUTION

We executed key exterior architectural applications across the residential complex, including glazing systems, custom aluminum elements and waterproofing work. Each application was coordinated with the building geometry to create clean transitions, protected junctions and a visually consistent façade treatment across the different blocks.

Custom glazing, exterior aluminum and waterproofing applications developed for a large-scale residential complex defined by distinctive façade and roof architecture.

Located on Istanbul’s Anatolian side, DAP Şelale Space Center is a large-scale residential development designed to combine contemporary urban living with extensive landscaped areas and social amenities.

Developed by DAP Yapı, the complex consists of nine residential blocks, each rising seven floors. The project includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, covered parking, sports and fitness facilities, children’s play areas, walking and cycling routes, landscaped ponds and communal recreation spaces.

We contributed to the exterior architectural completion of the residential complex through custom glazing systems, aluminum applications and waterproofing solutions. The work focused on creating durable façade connections, reliable protection against environmental exposure and visual continuity across the building envelope.
